Mountain Bike Rotorua is co-owned by Multi-Day Adventures, and is proud to use their high quality staff, equipment and services for guided tours. Whether it be Biking, Kayaking, Hiking or Rafting, the crew from Multi-Day Adventures will be sure to show you the best that Aotearoa New Zealand has to offer. All of our guided tour packages include Return Courtesy Transport from your Rotorua accommodation or CBD pickup point.

Mountain Biking is not only a hobby for this crew, rather it?s a passion. It?s for this reason that our biking tours are so unique. The combination of enthusiasm, experience, skill and knowledge of New Zealand?s mountain biking trails makes our guides second to none.

On the hardware front, our bike fleet consists of Giant Trance 29er, Giant Reign, Santa Cruz Heckler, & GT Distortion full suspensions. On the hardtail front GT Avalanche 2.0s and Karakoram 1.0 29ers currently make up the bulk of our fleet, while we also stock a full range of kids bikes. We also have all the necessary equipment such as helmets and gloves, as well as knee, shin and elbow pads or full face helmets on request.

MBR WHAKAREWAREWA REDWOOD FOREST TOUR

Rotorua City has become a mecca for mountain bikers from all over the world. With over 130km of purpose built mountain biking trails all a short 5 minute drive from the city centre, you would struggle to find anywhere better in the world. Allow 3-4 hours round trip with 2-3 hours riding depending on your skill and fitness levels. Tour costs include Return Transport from your Rotorua accommodation or a pre-arranged CBD pickup point, hardtail bike hire, Safety helmet and Forest Concession fees. Suitable for 8 years and older.

ROTORUA ADVENTURE DAY

The perfect tour for any adventure enthusiast when in Rotorua! This tour includes superb mountain biking in the Whakarewarewa Redwood Forest , extreme Kaituna Waterfall Rafting, a delicious lunch in our local cafe and a beautiful Kayak on Lake Rotoiti to thermal pools only accessible by boat. Suitable 13 years and older.

ROTORUA LEISURE DAY

A great spin off the Rotorua Adventure Day, the Leisure Day is perfect for those wanting a milder adventure or for those with children younger than 13, incorporating a taste of the fantastic mountain biking in our area followed by a delicious lunch in our local cafe, then a beautiful kayak paddle across to our lake-edge hot pools. Tour includes Return Transport from Rotorua, Mountain Bike hire, Kayaking equipment, Lunch and Hot Pool entry. Suitable for children over 10.
